Great location at the harbor. Perfect balcony for coffee in the morning. Great breakfast. Incredible patio restaurant at the water just a short walk.
Google maps though you could drive to the Piazza. But that was restricted so you had to park and walk up and down. Ultimately, that was fine.

The property is in a convenient location, with access through a bar situated right on the lakeshore. A ferry station is nearby, making it easy to travel to other towns around Lake Como. The staff were friendly, and the breakfasts served at the bar were simple but delicious. The place has a lively atmosphere.
The original doors in the “vintage” rooms fall far short of modern acoustic standards. Additionally, the glass panels allow light from the shared hallway leading to the shared bathroom to enter the room.
