Staff were really friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Rahul. The location was clean overall and the placing was very helpful as it is close to the main attractions.
The breakfast was very poor both in variety and quality. There is almost nothing besides a very basic form of English breakfast, no vegetables, not to mention fruits. Moreover, it felt like eating leftovers. Don’t recommend it at all.
The window in the room was placed on the ceiling right after a very thick layer of mask wall. There is no side window as normal rooms have.
I am bothered about this because it is scored as a 4-star hotel, while the breakfast is at most 2.5-stars. I have eaten better breakfast (which also included English breakfast) at many 3-star hotels. The rating should definitely be revised.
