Everything was as described and appeared on the website. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean when I first entered. The staff were helpful and friendly. What I liked most was the location; it was very central, so I felt very safe and could easily go everywhere.
I booked a room with a shared toilet, and although it was clean when I first entered, the people I shared it with had used it dirty. I had hoped it would be cleaned the next morning. However, I only stayed for one day and checked out at 11, so it might have been cleaned after I left, but I would have at least hoped it would be clean when I woke up.

Old but well kept, very clean.
Great location. Good for a short stay if you're mainly just looking for a place to sleep and shower.
Rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, with no elevators. Someone with mobility issues or big luggage would struggle.
The room had no proper windows, the one window opened to a ventilation shaft, with a painting on it, so looked kinda depressing.
No kitchen, fridge or microwave.

Strange little place but helpful staff and a good night had. Everything you need is there.
A lift would have been nice but not expected at the price. The higher you got the more light coming through the magnificent sky lights

Location unbeatable.
Got a different room than expected. Had booked a room with a shower but they gave me one without since the previous guest had not yet left in the late afternoon.
Bathroom on corridor was very dated and had no soap
