Although these apartments were a little away from the centre of Berlin it did not matter as we had a car so didn’t have to negotiate the transport system. The apartment was very quiet and had everything we needed..plus they kindly upgraded our room so we had a lovely view across the lake and the boats .. just a shame the weather was a little dismal to enjoy the view

The host and staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The apartment has two spacious rooms, large windows, and plenty of fresh air. A shared washing machine is also available for guests.
The location is quite far from the city center, with only a bus connection nearby. Although the apartment is spacious, the layout could be more practical and better organized. A microwave would also be a useful thing to add.

Przepiękny widok i lokalizacja nad wodą

No WiFi, no soap, no tea or coffee, a problematic shower...a nice apartment in a nice location was let down by failing to deliver what are standard and reasonable expectations of any accommodation provider in this price range.
