This is a perfect rental for families or 3 couples. Our son is stationed at Miramar, so he stayed in the home with us and We hosted Thanksgiving Dinner with his girlfriend’s family, who was visiting from the east coast at this home. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of seating in the living room as well. Location of property is great for getting to all areas of San Diego. Definitely will book this property again!

First I'd like to address the attentiveness from Alex ~ he. was. amazing!!!!! If I had a question or a concern, I emailed him and within minutes, he reached out with answers.
My husband and I, and our one son's girlfriend went to San Diego to see said son who had just returned from deployment and our oldest son who came from Washington with his girlfriend! The house fit all of us comfortably with each couple having their own bedroom. It was spacious, we loved the open concept and loved the backyard for morning coffee :-)
I have to say that the neighbor Carl was also very hospitable. I made lasagna one night and had no aluminum foil, so I went to the his house, explained my dilemma and he handed me an entire roll to use what I needed. Needless to say, Carl ate lasagna that night :-D It was a quiet and welcoming neighborhood and we felt very safe and secure in the house.
Thank you Alex for an amazing stay!! If ever we find ourselves in SD again, we'll be reaching out to you again!

Amazing!
That’s the word I can describe my experience on the past few days at this house.
Starting by Alex, he’s a very welcoming host. He also promptly answers all requests and he’s very helpful.
The house is amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Central location, comfortable bedrooms, complete kitchen, big living-room, nice backyard and much more.
I definitely recommend staying here. Honestly, it was better than me and my family expected.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. The house itself is spacious and well appointed. Alex went above and beyond to help us when our child left his toy behind. We greatly appreciate the comfortable stay and kindness.

My family and I traveled to San Diego to visit my brother whom is stationed there. This was the PERFECT place! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect location. The commute to do everything we wanted was great! The home was big and spacious! (More space than the pictures show). We will definitely try to book the same place again when we go to visit my brother again! The owner of the home was very attentive, the instructions to get in and about the home we’re very detailed. We will be back again 😊

Nice but dated
The house is in a nice residential area but you will need a car to get to restaurants or stores. It is convenient to La Jolla where there are many nice restaurants. The house is very roomy and there is parking for at least 2 cars.
Alex and Sara were very responsive and check in was very easy with the keyless entry.
The biggest negative is the beds are not comfortable, new mattresses would be a major improvement. Also, the internet connection was iffy. Sometimes it was fine and other times it was very slow. Finally, while there are enough plates, glasses and cups, they are a real mismatched group.

Roomy and comfortable
Nice location easy access to beaches in all area activities. The house is nice and roomy, has a garage and a nice large driveway to park. We enjoyed the place and wish we could stay longer all of us enjoyed it and would like to go back there again sometime.

Great Experience.
The perfect house for friends or family get togethers. Plenty of parking and a great kitchen. The owners were both very attentive. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego and are looking for a kicked back neighborhood.

Quiet stay
Super, super clean, quiet area, older well kept home. Bedrooms good size with comfy beds, awesome living area with plenty of room for all to be together. Stocked with everything you need! Great place to stay.

Great house
This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, eat, sleep and be outside. Kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with people out walking. Beach chairs and boogie boards in garage were great for our trips to the beach. I'd highly recommend this place for you stay in San Diego.

Great location, great family home!
This house was really great. Much more conveniently located than we thought it would be. We had 2 families with kids ranging from 10 to 23, a total of 8 people. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and feel comfortable.
The backyard is nice as a hangout, room to stretch out.
Even with the restrictions for COVID we were able to find lots to do in the area. San Diego has a different municipal system, so when the LA area was on lockdown, San Diego was not. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay
Had a great weekend here. Alex was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond, the house was just as described. Nice quiet neighborhood, everything in SD is easily accessible by car. Worked out perfectly.

My group had a great stay and we were all very happy with the entire experience. I appreciated the friendly and quick communication from Alex and Sara. Their home was even better than we imagined it to be. We were not too far from our weekend beach day and the wedding we attended in La Jolla. Uber rides were easy to book! The house was very clean and had everything you need to have a good time. We especially appreciated the beach towels and fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely recommend their home and hope to stay here again in the future!

The property was well maintained and large enough for our family of six. Clean and plenty of supplies. Only issue was the rather small bathroom in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This was a very nice property. Clean, enough space for us and convenient to many areas of San Diego/La Jolla. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked.
