Dylan at the front desk was amazing.

Location was near the freeway and fast food spots.

Bed was uncomfortable. Although AC worked, it didn’t feel cold enough. Perhaps it was the humidity in the city. Also, our bathroom door was stuck but maintenance fixed it. Rooms seem outdated /old to me for the pricing.

Breakfast was very good

In the bathroom there is no small cup to rinse after brushing.

The property looks good with nice landscaping and pool.

I was disappointed with the price, as I felt the room was very expensive for what we received. At nearly $300 per night, I would have expected a larger room and complimentary parking. Instead, parking was an additional $28 per night, breakfast was $29 per person, and even the water bottles in the room were $3 each unless you were a member (we saw them later at a store in a case with 24 for $5.85). We also had to ask for an extra towel, despite having booked the room for four adults, and there was very little toilet paper provided for four people. The bathroom door was also difficult to open and close, which seemed like something that should have been noticed and addressed when the room was cleaned before our arrival. A plastic bag in the bathroom trash bin would also have been nice. For the price, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite positive.
