Location and size. Light and airy. Nice view.

Good size apartment over a 24x7 shop which we used extensively. The location was picked for access to Alton Towers and that worked out great. Some very nice restaurants in the area.
We had lots of luggage and did not count on the stairs. People should check and confirm if lifts are available in properties. The heating used an app which failed. We could not control the CH so we switched off the radiators in the bedrooms and that was fine. Bathroom is too small and I hit my head a few time on the medicine cabinet over the wash hand basin.

The apartment was beautiful, so clean and so much space and was perfect having the shop below and lots of places to eat out in walking distance. We stayed to go to Alton towers and was perfect as only 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice location. There's a co-op downstairs for anything you need. The facility was clean.
The room doors didn't have keys or locks (except there was a special way to lock the doors that I couldn't figure out)including the bathroom and bedroom . We were travelling with kids and we didn't have any privacy.

Super easy to get in to, really close to Alton Towers which is why we booked. Really lovely little apartment.
The 2 seater sofa was a bit broken and the bed was quite hard.

Not suitable for a family holiday
On entering the hallway of the building, there was a very bad smell from the drains. The entrance was dirty and not fit for holiday accommodation. The flat is above a Co-op, very noisy with delivery vans all night. The mattress was so thin, better off sleeping on the floor. The flat very run down, dirty and in need of renovation. Not fit for a family stay or any stay in fact.

The windows were really nice and large. They were also tinted to give more privacy. There were bottles of water upon arrival and the place looked just as advertised. I would definitely recommend and visit again!

The bathroom door did not lock and had a screw sticking out of it.
The sofa bed in the lounge was a very small double and very uncomfortable.

the outside was not very attractive and there is no lift but that was clear in the details so we knew before we arrived.

Location was really good and managed to get parking right outside the property, Nice and modern and had everything you needed
The double bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa also could have been comfier, the fan provided in the twin room was thick with dust
