Clean and close to local shops and Alton tower what we were looking for
Wasn’t aware it was 3 flights of stairs

Very secure, excellent location for where we needed to go
It was just very hot, apartment could be cleaner just little things like the glass tables, mirrors, windows

Fixtures and fittings are of high quality and modern
Getting the codes to enter was exasperating for people in their late 80's who are not comfortable with smart phones. Allowance should be made automatically without having to beg for them
