We really love the room

The property is good with lake view.. its bery relaxing and the unit owner is very considerate.

View over the Taal Lake!

The apartment is worn out a bit. No running water (low water pressure) in the bathroom. Lots of loca l families with children so expect a lot of noise. If you travel as a couple and want privacy and quiet then go somewhere else...

Easy check in, you have to register in the lobby with the guard and contact the owner of the studio to access the room.the room has a kitchenette so you can cook your food.

Clean, the view is good, personnel brought me a blanket, when I asked.

Guard in the lobby had no idea about booking, was rude with me, I had to call the property to fix this situation. Check-in took long time, we were moving from one room to another. The bed was not comfortable, furniture is old and damaged, no soap in the room, the balcony is tiny.

We like the view specially we get to see city lights at night and taal lake at day time. The mini sofa beside the bed helps a lot when we feel like sitting while watching netflix. They have a fast WIFI connection as well. The kitchen is well equip with all of the things you need and the bath room/rest room is clean.

What we don't like is the bed because it is a two single beds combined as one and there is a gap between them. It is uncomfortable to sleep and as a result, we chose to sleep on one side of the bed because of the gap in the middle of it. Hopefully, they will replace it with one full bed.
