It has a great view over the volcano area. The breakfast is excellent. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The SPA was great and they did an excellent massage. The price for the massage was around 2500php. Make sure you book early especially if you want it for the eveningThe pool area is small and you just have to be aware in the afternoon it is in the shade and therefore slightly chilly. There are pool towels.
There was no hot water in our room. we rang and asked for it to be fixed but that did not happen. The main evening area for food is slow and the pizza was very average. The separate restaurant is much better based on last time we went but this time it was closed for a wedding.

The view of Taal volcano
Our room air conditioning wasn’t working. Woke up at 3 am sweating. Called the staff, they came right away but couldn’t fix it. So they helped us move to another room. My husband’s wallet got lost & thanks God someone found it & put it in Lost & found. All his ID’s were there but the cash was gone. Still thankful credit card & ID’s not touched.

Great buffet breakfast. Staff are very attentive. Amazing view. Nice pool.
Food from bar area was bland. Buffet dinner is very expensive. Lower apartments are musty with humidity. Corridors lack windows and air flow.

Location is really good and the view is obviously gorgeous
The room walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests very easy, the beds are firm (some people love firm!), the staff was leaf blowing at 6am right by the room which was annoying and the TV is not a smart TV so you do just have to watch Filipino telly.
