I like the ambiance of the hotel. The pool is their jewel.
I didn't like our double deck bed. It's not for adults. It's for kids. My mom kept on hitting the top bed ledge because it's not made for adults.

The breakfast was good but the location was very busy
A wardrobe and hangers for clothes would have been advantageous and a mirror in the room.

The noise from the guests was the loudest that we ever experienced from all the hotels that we stayed.
We did not get a good night sleep during our stay.
Definitely we are not going to stay in this hotel again!

The location is great. The breakfast served was good.
Cleanliness was not shown in the bed as I saw dead bugs when the comforter was lifted. Also water splashed everywhere in the bathroom because there’s no really separation. And the water didn’t drained in the shower area; water was stagnant.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and classy.

The place, food at the Cafeteria, our room space, and the parking area.
In our family room, there's no mirror in the dressing table that's why it's hard to see when you're fixing yourself. You have to go to the bathroom since that is the only part of the room with a mirror. :(
Also the bathroom has a stinky smell. :(

There were molds present in the bathroom walls. Looks like not cleaned. 1 bed sheet has a brown stain no idea what it was
