Santa Maria Maggiore

The location , the facilities. Our landlady Gina was absolutely wonderful. There was a safe and a fridge with lovely cold water and tea and coffee and lovely biscuits.

Location, Gina our landlady was amazing, lots of facilities. The was a fridge with cold water, tea and coffee, and very nice biscuits. Absolutely would stay again. Very near train station.

Location is very good and close to the Colosseum and restaurants and termini.

The B&B has potential, but I feel that a few improvements would make the stay more comfortable for guests. The pillows and pillowcases could be updated, as they did not feel as fresh and comfortable as expected. The cleanliness was generally acceptable, but some areas needed more attention, particularly the bedside table, lamps and the tops of the shelves, which were quite dusty. They even forgot to empty the trash in the bathroom as we checked in but I asked the lady who greeted us to get it changed and apologised. A more thorough clean in these areas would make a noticeable difference. The staff were pleasant, and I hope this feedback is helpful.

Good location, communicative host. The cookie tin was a nice touch.

Room was very small even for solo traveller. Only place to open my small bag was on bed. 3 crappy tea bags. Sheets irritated my skin. Needs a bit of love.
