Two comfortable bedrooms and modern shower room and kitchen. Modest size lounge if there are four staying. Excellent location within short walk of the corniche and not too far to the old town. Quiet area with e cell lent food shops.
Host meets you on arrival. Walkable from rail sty.
All fine.

Very good value for money in Nice, very near to the beach, appartment has everything you need. The host is nice and welcoming, we got very warm late check in and a lot of useful advises on what to do in Nice. The only regret is that vacation has passed so fast!

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the beaches easy walk to the Old Town. Close to all amenities. Very clean well equipped apartment. Excellent air con and shower.
Nothing I can think of. Written details of how to work some of the amenities might have been helpful ie washing machine and air con controls but not a necessity.

Location was very central to bus and tram
Quite dark if your a light sleeper you can hear flat above walking and if sleeping in front bedroom can be quite noisy early morning when bin cart comes
