Stay in the heart of Nice in this Lavie Maison 40 m² property, a real jewel of comfort and elegance. This air-conditioned 2-bedroom flat combines a refined interior with modern amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Ideally located, it is the perfect base from which to explore the charm of Nice, with quick access to the famous Promenade des Anglais and the surrounding area.
Guests have full and private access to the flat. It is designed for self check-in, with a key box. The apartment is located on the ground floor. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, whatever the time of day.
Please note, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the road, which could mean occasional noise in the living room.

The rental was in an excellent location in a quiet and safe area and really close to the sea. I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to the promenade. There were also shops and cafes within a short walking distance which is very convenient. We really found no need to take public transportation except to and from the airport.They have excellent communication and did so every step of the way. They were very accomodating and mindful of our needs.The rental itself has everything one needs. It was clean and thoughtfully designed. We all enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi especially my son. Would love to stay here again!

My husband, myself and our 3 (two teenagers and a 11 year old) kids stayed here for 3 days. This place was clean and in a great location (just down the street from the promenade des anglais). For a small space it was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals there so I can’t say if it has everything you’d need to make a meal, but it has ample cutlery and dishes. The check-in process was easy. It was quite hot in Nice when we stayed there and I was worried about whether or not the AC unit would cool the bedrooms down and fortunately it did. The only downfalls are that it’s quite small, it was hard to tell from the pictures online how small it was and the bedrooms have no windows. I also couldn’t find any information about what time checkout was so I assumed 11:00am but as we were packing up, we had the cleaners knock on the door at 10:00. I should have asked about check out time just to confirm but it wasn’t a big deal, the cleaner patiently waited for us to finish packing up. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time here.

Perfect location, nice and cozy micro apartment. Room to work: non-functional bathtub as the drain stopper does not work. Need pots that are compatible with the induction stove.
