You will be seduced by this pretty duplex of 100m2, located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. The tram station is located just below the building and you can easily and quickly get to the city center, the port.
The airport is also located very close to the accommodation. All amenities are located at the foot of the accommodation for your comfort during your stay.
The accommodation
The California can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Attention: The apartment is duplex so there are stairs !!
The accommodations are composed of:
A beautiful living room with a lounge area (equipped with a TV with Chromecast) and dining area, opening onto the large south-facing terrace offering you a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Promenade des Anglais.
- on the first floor: A first bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and a second bedroom with double bed (160cm) as well. A bathroom and separate toilet.
- upstairs: a bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
A shower room with toilet.
A fully equipped independent kitchen that has a small open and quiet terrace to admire the lights of the sunset!
Each room is air-conditioned.
WIFI
The apartment has a parking space in the closed and secure basement (Standard size)
We provide you with household linen for the duration of your stay!
You will also have a parking space in the basement.
ATTENTION: Commercial vehicles and large vehicles larger than a standard-sized vehicle will not be able to park.
