Das Schlafzimmer war ausreichend.
Das Badezimmer ist zu eng und die Dusche ist nicht dicht, sodass alles nass wird. Das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen, wusste auch um diese Situation und hat jedoch nichts unternommen, um die Situation zu verbessern.
Es waren noch überall Haare vom Vormieter…
Das Frühstück war wirklich nicht mal ansatzweise gut. Es werden ausschließlich günstige und nicht hochwertige Produkte angeboten. Es gibt vergleichsweise wenig Auswahl.
Das Personal war kaum in der Lage einwandfrei zu kommunizieren.

Мы приехали в 15:30, а номер оказался не готов. Пришлось ждать, пока уберут. Это как минимум непрофессионально.
В отеле много номеров и на завтраке тесновато.

Horrible experience at this place, they don't have a front desk and they never informed us that they will be closed at 10pm neither left us the instructions to get inside with the code therefore we couldn't enter the property and had to spend almost 2hrs at 1am finding a place to stay as everything was full in Salzburg that day, next day we called and they argued was our fault because we never informed our arrival time, thankfully Booking managed to reimburse our money.
At the end we were happy not to stay there as the place looks way worse that in pictures, the area is far away from everything, it's super dark and felt somehow insecure.

The room had a lot of space, it was clean and the breakfast was good. I missed having more non-dairy options for yoghurts and for coffee oatmilk example. The staff were lovely and overall the price of the hotel is really good. The bus stop is right next to the hotel so getting to city center was easy.

This is good value budget accommodation in Salzburg which includes breakfast. We arrived on foot from Germany and there is a lovely Bavarian restaurant and beer garden on the border 18 minutes walk into Germany from the hotel. The hotel has a frequent bus service to town and the 24 hour ticket is good value. The included breakfast does the job. It is a budget hotel so all things considered it does a great job!

Worst hotel in the world, construction workers from Poland and Ukraine yelling and getting drunk right under your windows all night, forget about a good night sleep in this hotel!
Someone elses hairs on the bed and towels, generally not the cleanest hotel as well, just terrible experience - NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN
don't know what's up with Salzburg prices for hotels in general, but in other countries for this amount you won't get such terrible conditions

great value, good for a stop over during trips. staff was really nice and caring, especially thanks to receptionist Freyia for helping us with every request

Staff were really helpful, we were allowed to check in when we arrived (before 3pm) and when leaving we were allowed to leave our luggage im the hotel and come back for them later. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious.
The bathroom was small and the shower cabin would not open to allow essy entry into it. The shower head cannot be removed, you will always have to get your hair wet even if you don’t want a full shower.

The price is fair for what you get and the rooms are clean.
Loud guests parading up and down the hallway at early hours. Can’t you invest in some sound deadening under the doors?
