The location is well situated at the end of a street, by the water. You are less than 10 min walking to beaches. From the lovely garden, you can see the sunrise.
The property is well maintained and secured.
The place had everything you need in it's simplicity.
The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. If you have any questions, they are happy to help.
The whole experience was easy and smooth.
The bed almost felt like a "camping" bed as it felt wobbly at times,, but it wasn't an issue as it was comfortable.

Great location garden backs onto the sea where there is a small area to sunbath. Spotlessly clean and Alessandra is a great host. Wonderful views, near restaurants and main beaches.
Some shared facilities such as communial kitchen, but thats the way in Sardinia.

Our host Alessandra was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast on the terrace looking at the stunning view of the sea given how close it is. Perfect, quiet location to walk to a few of the local restaurants nearby. She was fantastic in her guidance for where to go on our Sardinia around island road trip and was spot on given we stopped at nearly all she recommended.
As we were travelling for 2 weeks we had quite large cases and the room was quiet small around the bed to fit them but we managed. Also a couple of small shelves or bed-side cabinets with drawers or a shelf as very little place to put anything but just minor points really.

Staying at Punta Sirenella was lovely. The location is wonderful right on the seashore close to the big city and good restaurants, other beautiful beaches but quiet and peaceful. The facility itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast is light and good, but the most important thing is the gentle and polite owner of the place, Alessandra, with the best sense of service, always available for any question with a lot of patience. Definitely a recommended place.

There is a nice garden facing sea at this property, it would be nice to have soft cushions there on the provided plastic chairs and less restrictions for using caps and cutlery.

We loved the this bnb and the location was amazing. The host is also extremely welcoming and kind and we enjoyed the breakfast a lot! We would definitely come back.

We were very pleased with a new and clean accomodation and amazing place. The house is the last one on a small peninsula, so if you leave the garden with the small backyard gate, you enter a secret tiny beach of a Sirens" Cove - like coming to a fairytale place. 2 beaches with white sand and crystal clear water 3 minutes walk. Thank you Alessandra for your very professional and friendly aproach. Also your tip we should save the "Municipal fee" receipt in case of stay over 7 days in other accommodation in Olbia save us some money :-) Thank you.

Host could not have been more helpful. She was wonderful. Lovely breakfasts every day, advice on restaurant options, loaned us beach umbrella, advised on buses, she was so kind and even got her husband to take us to the airport! I’m hoping she willl come and visit me in London as we are missing her already.

The property has absolutely stunning views to the sea; the garden is just gorgeous! We tried to spend as much time as possible there as it was just so beautiful! The room was also clean & we had everything we needed. Breakfast was also nice. Hospitality really great!

The host was really kind and helpfull. The breakfast was very good. The location was amazing near beautiful beaches. The rooms were nice and clean. We couldn’t wish for more.

The host, Alessandra, was super. She was very kind and gentle, totally at disposal. The house is on the sea, you could dive from the garden if you wish, despite the sea is rocky.
Room was small but very comfortable and clean, with air conditioner and air dryer.
If you come here by car you have no problems with reaching Olbia city center and other beaches. Conversely, you can reach by feet few beaches close to the house.
In case you do not have neither a car nor a motorbike, you can reach the host by public transport (line 04)

A great place from great people. House placed at the end of a penisula between two beaches. Got an access to the water and garden.
Hosts are very kind, helpful and communicative. We got a great stay.
Consider it if you want stay on Costa Esmeralda or near Olbia.
