Exceptional staff, very good food at the hotel restaurant, nice beach, clean rooms, spacious. It's not very close to the city but that's something you know when you book, so I would not look at those people complaining that it's far away. Besides, it's not, the bus takes 15 minutes to Olbia.
I think the only thing was that sunbeds were really expensive, considering the price of the room and that it was already 2nd part of September. And the air con in my room at least might have not been the strongest one but it worked and I was able to sleep at night.

Proximity to the beach was good!
Hotel was dated and the rooms were basic.
Bed and pillows were extremely hard.
Breakfasts were a challenge due to both the reliability of the coffee machines, of which there were two and the lack of crockery and glasses regularly every day.
The gym area was outside and therefore, impossible to use due to the heat.

Check in and check out was good. The staff was very nice, cordial and responsive.
The shower door was cheap. It wouldn't close well and it came off the hinges. There was only one tiny bar of soap for two people. The water in the shower water was cold despite me running the water for several minutes. Charging hotel guests $20 for the use of beach chairs is ridiculous. It cheapens your brand. Add a fee to the room charge if you need a revenue source.
