The villa is clean, quiet and a very a very nice place for family.

The compound is pleasant, with a nice swimming pool (only shared by the two villas) and a nice garden. Quite, far from noise and traffic. The Papaya villa is really spacious, well furnished. The rooms were comfortable, in particular all the beds. The kitchen was well equipped although we made no use of it. The staff was kind and available, keeping the villa clean during our staying. The landlord (not present in Kenya) has been trying to address upcoming issues as soon and effectively as possible.

The internet connection was really poor and basically there was no network inside the house. At the end of our stay, the landlord did make some improvements for the network inside the house, but the connection remained poor. Staying could be improved by some plumber works (taps not working, low water pressure, shower flooding) and from some additional TV channels. A backup power generator should be considered.

At first thought was abit remote but once you get a shopping in and realised if only a 15 minute walk to the beach was great .
