Ocean Village Club, Diani Beach – A Place We Would Love to Return To Where do I even begin? Probably with the most important thing of all – the staff, who truly make this hotel special. From housekeeping, security, reception and management to the beach staff, chefs and waiters, everything worked perfectly. Every single request we made was handled with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Dinner was excellent, and the à la carte concept was very well designed. On the occasions when we couldn’t find anything that suited our tastes, the chefs were more than happy to prepare something according to our preferences. A special mention goes to the chefs and waiters, whose service and attention made every meal a pleasure. Our heartfelt thanks go to the entire housekeeping team, reception staff, chefs and restaurant staff. Special thanks to Aisha, Mwanarush, Hassanil and Jackson for their kindness, dedication and outstanding service. The gardeners also deserve special recognition. They did an excellent job keeping the beach clean and the tropical gardens beautifully maintained. The entire resort was always neat, peaceful and surrounded by stunning greenery. We were also impressed by the management, who consistently showed genuine interest in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A big thank you as well to the hotel driver, who frequently took us to the town centre and made every journey pleasant with his friendly attitude. The reception team was also a great help throughout our stay. We highly recommend Ocean Village Club to anyone looking for peace, beautiful tropical surroundings, excellent service and, above all, genuinely wonderful people. We are leaving with beautiful memories and the feeling that we didn’t just choose a great hotel, but also discovered a special place filled with amazing people. Exceptional service from Ahmed, Hamusi, Mwanarusi (superstar), Islam, Said and Sini( at reception ). The location is also brilliant - right by the beach . Most importantly it’s so peaceful and serene.

The half board dinner was 7/10 but can’t complain that much .

The staff at the Ocean Village Club were the highlight for us. They were so welcoming, warm and helpful.
