New fresh and clean studios
Alittlebit small and not completely clean pool

The property is clean. The rooms are spacious, I stayed in a studio and it was very big, you won’t feel like the room is crowded. The amenities are as listed on their services and well maintained. I really loved that the rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff are welcoming.
The shower in my room was not hot and I informed the front desk but by the time I was leaving it had not been fixed. The property is also quite a distance from the beach especially by foot, but can be easily accessed by a motorcycle or Tuktuk.

Despite a few issues with the apartment, the host was very helpful and extremely quick to respond, which made my stay much easier. I really appreciated their support.
location is not too bad 15min walk to nice coffee/ restaurant ,and probably less than 20min to the beach
also all apartments are very nice and modern
there was no electricity and wifi for most of the days during the day,
also fridge was automatically turn off when you will leave the apartment and remove the key card, which is not ideal when you have some products which you need to keep in the fridge

I was advised to stay here by my driver when I was looking for somewhere to stay. The staff were absolute friendly, welcoming and so helpful. I love that there is a water dispenser in the room. The room has all the amenities you need for your stay. The rooms are relatively clean although the kitchen could use a few more utensils although you do have a working fridge and microwave. The aircon works perfectly and there is a fan as well. The water pressure in the shower is really good too.
If you situated close to the gate, you will constantly hear the gate opening and closing when vehicles go in or out.
Sometimes they play music really loud which can be disturbing.
The villas are a distance from the main street and beach but a tuktuk or Uber will get you there in a few minutes.
