It's a nice flat with a decent livingroom. Also the balcony and terrace are pretty nice. We can't really rate the surroundings, as basically everything was sadly already being closed down for the season.

We would've loved to know beforehand, that everything was going to close during our booking period. We ended our stay and relocated, as the village was basically dead. The flat has room for improvement in terms of cleanliness (the tiles in both bathrooms), as well as basic equipment (e.g. no towel for dishes). Last I have to note, that the walls of the building seem to be made from paper or cardboard, as you hear everything.

the property was very beautiful and tidy! quite accurate to the pictures they posted. it’s located in a quite area of Toroni and next to a supermarket, restaurant and the beach bar of course. the kitchen equipment was new and great for families or groups of couples and friends. the beds and couches were comfortable and the dining table in the garden (there’s also on inside the house) was great and shaded during the day. the washing machine was large and new as well. each room got its private balcony and was very well equipped with a ton of drawers and cabinets to store your clothes. A stunning detail I noticed was that the furniture were of solid great quality. very sturdy and pleasant. the mattresses(in the double and bunk beds) were all great and everyone slept well the week that we spent there. the staff was very friendly and cooperative. they did change a kettle that didn’t work, they were overall very kind and polite. the beach bar food and beverages were good. there’s a free beach area next to the beach bar , I’m front of the property block.

in our apartment, there’s only one air conditioning unit. while quite powerful I felt that it didn’t cover much of the apartment. it was placed in the upper-middle of the staircase of the apartment so as to “cover” both floors. a lesser powerful one up and down would be better. this means that if the bedroom doors are closed , there’s no AC. I advise you point it down to blow and th living room becomes chilled. We didn’t ask for more but the property didn’t have any extra sheets or towels nor did they change them or offered more during our stay (one week). if you come as a family, bring your own hairdryer cause it’s not of great quality or condition. the beach bar offers plastic beach chairs for free but it’s not always with an umbrella.

Very big maisonette, spacious and overall clean, with two balconies to lay your clothes, wash off feet from sand, even BBQ. Location only a 2 min walk from a quiet beach, the home owner also owns the closest beach bar which was our only source of food. Internet,TV were fine. Big fridge and freezer. Overall I would say it was fine just the lack of basic things not preovided would make it better.

For an entire maisonette, I would expect to find at least the bare minimum (like: salt pepper,oil, soap) to help you cook with and use the waching machine but for a fully equiped cuisine there was nothing so keep in mind that you need to buy things like that if you need to use the appliances. The main bedrooms' bed had a funny angle due to the room design, and it was not comfortable at all. No matts at all in bathroom so we had to mop every single time we showered, Also the small shower (no bathtub) was built/raised way higher than the floor level so a slippery tilled floor having no matts provided from host when you enter and exit the shower, can be quite dangerous! The maisonette was nice for long stay but as a host I would buy at least some basic cheap products for the ones who rent it to make their holidays easier. Maybe some breakfast addition would help, the village itself had no bakeries whatsoever!

It was perfect for going with a dog and you could see the beach from the balcony. There was an excellent restaurant right next to us. They have the best tzatziki I have ever had in Greece. You have a beach bar and supermarket in a 1 min walking distance.

Almost nothing comes to mind, the only inconvenience was with the boiler and how you needed to reset the fuse. But not much of an issue.
