Pre-check-in contact and check-in experience were amazing - thank you!
A tiny bit dusty if we're being picky - beds super comfy and all linen/towels spotless and fresh

The hotel is under new management and there were a couple of minor issues, but these were sorted out quickly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was well laid out and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast served in lovely surroundings. Situated centrally in Biggar, so very convenient, but the room was lovely and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
