It was a very warm and friendly environment. It was cozy and the staff were nice and helpful.
The room was a bit small and tightly squished together.

Loved the pub, the greenery, the atmosphere.
I'm a light sleeper and the hotel is too close to main roads and rail tracks.
Pillows and beds were uncomfortable and I expected a luxury stay based on reviews and photos of rooms (at least for the room in main building, the glamping pods were expected to be lower range of comfort). We had two pods and were given at the opposite sides of the lake, which was ok but it would have been better next to each other.
