The manager Eunice was excellent. She was very helpful and understanding. She ran the property very well. She made the big difference and made my stay a memorable one
There was no water when I stayed but the staff managed the situation well with the supervision of Eunice of course.

The breakfast was OK. The location was good.
I didn't like the fact that there was no lactose intolerant provision made for such customers.

Very good rate for East Legon, in a very safe area.
The checking in process was horrible. I had to wait for a while and the lady at the reception complained that I had been given a low rate by booking.com, so why have the property on this site in the first place.
No water on the second morning so I couldnt shower/bathe.
They never even asked for my ID/Passport but made me pay cash as their POS machine wasn't working and they still wouldnt refund my money in lieu for a card payment. Not very reasonable at all
