Afri-Royal Hotel

Excellent!

Nothing

The breakfast was nice. Could of done with adding some fruit as an option and fresh fruit juice instead of tea or coffee. Also, the hotel is in very close proximity to a lot of shops and is very accessible to different regions and getting around is very affordable. I would suggest on the first few days get up early and get yourself familiar with your surroundings. Also, all of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. They even allowed me an extra late checkout. Which I really appreciated and helped me out a lot as I had a late flight. So all in all this was a very good experience and great value for money.

The things that I didn't like what they need to improve on is the time it took to get things done. And also they are having renovation works done but it didn't really effect me but for other people could be an issue. Also, add a little variety to the breakfast like some fruits and option of fresh fruit juice instead of just coffee. But just need to be a bit more efficient in certain things.

The quietness of the surrounding

The breakfast was almost the same every day

The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was quite helpful

The location is too far from the airport than was indicated. Some of the facilities in the room and washroom need replacement or repair. The sign board to direct customers is not so visible.
