Easy to find with a decent evening meal

We stayed in the Nigg Suite. The room is comfortable, generally well-equipped, and includes a convenient in-room fridge. A major practical advantage of this specific suite is the direct patio and garden access, which also makes getting to the free parking area very straightforward. The owner was very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the location—particularly in the on-site bar—felt genuinely warm and friendly. The bar itself offers a solid selection of local and standard drinks. In the morning, breakfast is served in a pleasant dining room; the food was well-cooked and provided everything one could reasonably expect. The Wi-Fi connection was perfectly adequate for our needs.

While the Nigg Suite features a seating area with a sofa, it lacks a small or foldable coffee table in front of it, which would have been a very useful addition. In the en-suite bathroom, the floor became inundated with water during showering due to a missing liner.

Good location. Good value for money. Good breakfast and evening meals. Clean, spacious room. Good tea and coffee. Good shower, comfortable bed.

Room lock wasn’t very secure. Bed was tight against the wall making it difficult to get out of for toilet during the night. Lacking shower gel. Only a small bar of soap, and small shampoo.
