Where do I start? Location beside the gardens and the castle. Spacious property, plenty of rooms, tastefully decorated, every convenience at hand, lovely garden, lovely welcome when we could drop our luggage early. A delight to come home to in the evenings.
Absolutely nothing, all was perfect.

清潔感があり、台所、洗面所、お風呂、寝具と全て使いやすかったです。洗面所とトイレが1階2階にあり、大人8人で泊まりましたが、使いやすかったです。
チェックインすると、全室のクーラーがついていて、涼しくて最高でした。
2階の寝室で、コンセントが使いにくい部屋があったので、携帯の充電を他の部屋でやらないといけなかったことかな。

The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the castle and the fabulous Kenrokuen garden. There is a nearby convenience store. The property is spacious, quiet, clean and tidy and has a nice garden. The host was very responsive, kind and helpful.
We had an issue with the wifi not working, but the host responded quickly, was very apologetic and tried to fix the problem as soon as possible.
While 2 of the beds were regular firm mattresses and fine, 2 of the beds had wooden bases with a few thin mats stacked on them. Unfortunately it was too firm for us to be able to sleep. Other guests may be used to this style of bed and it may not be an issue, but it is important to note how hard these 2 beds are.

Japanese style home and garden, very well equipped in an excellent location.
The light colored sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on.
