Room: Very open and spacious and bed was comfortable. Still and sparkling water in fridge along with other drinks including wine, beer and soda (at extra cost). We had a nice sea view from our small balcony in Rm. 5. Information and brochures on Palermo provided. Facilties: Easy, online check in and keys are waiting for you on arrival. Lovely, clean hotel with a mix of old historical and modern design. Rooftop mini pool and bar was the highlight of our stay with very comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast: Loads of options for breakfast including fruits, nuts, hams, cheeses, pastries, pancakes and juices. Staff: Very friendly staff always willing to help despite the language barrier.
Room: Traffic outside our window was sometimes loud (The locals are not the most patient drivers so be prepared for constant horns). Facilties: No bin at the pool. Pool was a small bit cold (but refreshing). Breakfast: Not much on offer for hot food. There was scrambled egg but it was cold each time we went for breakfast (9.30 am). Perhaps use a heat source to keep food warm.

The building is magnificent, the way it’s decorated and furnished is beautiful and functional, and every aspect of the communication and check-in/checkout process is perfectly managed. Outstanding

beautiful view from relaxing terrace with pool, great for an evening aperitivo. Very nicely renovated old villa, big room nicely decorated, super friendly staff.
our room was a bit dark, and room was a bit humid despite airco. The location was great for seaview but a 10 min walk from the more busy areas where most restaurants are.

It’s well located and parking is easy.
The breakfast lady was very nice and breakfast was excellent.

it’s not really an hotel - there is no reception nor staff (you have a very responsive WhatsApp number but it’s not the same).
you either have the choice between rooms that are on the boulevard side (which is very loud) or the backyard side (quiet but super dark).
the nice terrace that you see on the pictures is on the boulevard side, so it’s not really a quiet place to relax and chill…but there is indeed a small pool and chairs.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and served in a gorgeous courtyard. Brilliant to have the (very small) swimming pool.
There was a wonderful looking bar right outside our room, and another by the pool, but neither seemed to be staffed. We didn't see any staff at all until breakfast the next morning.

L' Hôtellerie Easy Suites is an oasis. Everything about it is beautiful. We loved how it was furnished, the building has immense character and was such a calm and refreshing way to arrive in Sicily. The staff were all lovely and made us feel at home.
Its been a while since we were there, if I can't remember anything I guess that is a good sign?!

The location, rooms and especially the roof terrace had been amazing. It is very quick to walk to the city centre. Super quick and helpful service!

Beautiful place, very well designed with meticulous attention to detail. Stylish, spacious room. Great sea views from the terrace, small swimming pool to cool off. Amazing breakfast. Good location with an easy walk along Via Alloro to the attractions in the old town.
Water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot which is not ideal if you're in a rush.

Amazing hotel. Gorgeous room and greatest location by the sea
Booking.com charged us for two rooms when we only booked one room. It was not the hotels fault so I can’t expect them to refund us. Booking.com have not replied to my complaint. I can’t use this platform again until I know the fair is fixed.

absolutely stunning place, exceeds the photographs. Fabulous mix of old and new.
Sits right on the front with views of the harbour from the rooftop. fabulous gelataria outside. Staff all very hard working and unfailingly polite.
Breakfast served in a leafy courtyard.
Easy walking distance to palmermo sights.
only complaint was the air conditioning not being very good.

We loved the roof top pool and the space in the rooms. The gelato shop below was great! We were surprised at how quiet it was too.

the rooms are too different from one another, don’t fit the pictures, small pieces are falling appart, bathroom very weirds on certain rooms. Not a **** standing to me.
super small swimming pool on the roof looking more like a bath tub. no one at the reception from 1pm.

The hotel was lovely, very comfortable and beautifully designed. The breakfast was tasty and the staff very nice and polite!
The breakfast is settled for every guest and is served on each table and it’s very delicious, Howe ever, it is too much food. As a suggestion, I think they could avoid food wasting if they ask guests for their preferences before hand.

Beautiful decor, very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and very good location, plunge pool on the roof with a cocktail was a real bonus!
No lock on luggage room door when we checked out with the aim to collect our bags later in the day.

Everything was perfect. The owners very friendly, the staff extremely helpful, the areas and rooms unik in a friendly and impressive Way, the location perfect and beautiful. I have travelled a lot and this place really amaced me

Really excellent place to stay. Great rooms, fab breakfast and loved the little pool on the roof. It was in a better location than expected and was easily walkable to the centre.

The location of the hotel was perfect - pleasant to be on the water and a short walk to cultural sites and great restaurants. There is also a gelateria right next to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent in a very pleasant courtyard. And there was a nice terrace on the roof.

Firstly all the positive comments and reviews are RIGHT!! This place is a hidden gem, and you can’t go wrong staying here, it is absolutely stunning, the rooms are incredible and the staff are so beyond lovely (they speak good English too). The breakfast in the courtyard is to die for, this place absolutely made our trip!
I think a better description/picture of the door would help massively as we couldn’t find it for a while when we arrived (about 11pm) - it’s in between the two street restaurants for future reference. Our room was facing the traffic so we found it a little loud at first but by the second night it was white noise!
