It’s hard to put into words how beautiful this property is and how great Nanni the host is. The room was lovely with extras such as slippers/toiletries. Super comfortable bed. But our view was exceptional. Nanni was helpful with car hire, places to eat, and we had an early check out he kindly gave us a breakfast bag to take and organised a taxi for us, he made this stay perfect and we can’t thank him enough, Wendy and Hutch x

A great location overlooking the water yet still close to the historical centre of Palermo. I particularly liked the rooftop bar and the central courtyard where we had breakfast. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and the staff were extremely helpful.

Very nice apartments and 5mins walk from the historic old town of Palermo. Free parking outside was a bonus. Room was nicely furnished, bed huge and comfortable, breakfast was good and the rooftop jacuzzi pool was fab for a sunny afternoon
If I was going to Palermo again,I wouldn't drive as it is one of the worst cities to drive round as a visitor in a rental car. There is a busy road outside the hotel, though it is not audible from the rooms- only the roof terrace

The location was nice. My room was also nice, tho there wasn't a robe provided as stated in my reservation. The cleaning ladies and breakfast attendants were very nice and accommodating!!
The lady running the place has zero personality. She didn't acknowledge us in the mornings, just walk right past us as we were having breakfast..after breakfast she left the building. Noone was there to get any kind of service until the next morning. The bar was never open inside and the rooftop bar wasn't even in operation mode.. The pool was tiny, dirty and cold.. I sent my laundry and was told it would ready in 24 hours. It took 48 hours and some were still wet.

"La struttura in generale è molto bella e curata negli arredi e nei dettagli, si vede la mano dei proprietari che sono molto gentili, simpatici ed accoglienti. La camera era spaziosa e silenziosa e la ..."
