Excelent location, right in the pietonal center of Palermo. Our room was at 2nd floor, could be not easy if you have big lugagges. Room and facilities are on the high level, vintage decorated, spacious bathroom, confy bed. Also breakfast was very good, with salties, sweets and good coffee. If you a car you can park at Piazza Marina(at 100 m) with the pass access via ZTL application, 5 euros/day.
Can heard thd noises from neighbour room, but was not a big issue for us.

In a lovely part of Palermo. Owner & staff very friendly & helpful with any tourist questions we had. Comfortable & nicely decorated room.
Only thing was we could have done with more plug sockets in our room for charging powerbanks etc. bathroom did need a bit of TLC (lack of ventilation causing a bit of mould).
