Overall experience is good, especially balcony room with pool view, pool is quite big and clean water, breakfast is good and variety of options.
For the room 226 the balcony sliding door need to be fixed.
Water is always stagnant and causing smell in shower area,.
No golf cart available to visit beach from room.
Resort is far from the city.

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and cooperative, always willing to assist and ensure a pleasant experience. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards are well maintained, and the facilities are kept neat and tidy. Overall, the service is welcoming and professional, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The indoor facilities need to be improved, particularly for children, as outdoor activities such as going to the beach are not feasible during the hot daytime weather. Additionally, having a convenience store within the premises would be highly beneficial for residents and guests.

I liked the pool and the view from our room. I love that the staffs were accommodating and my husband loved their food (dinner). I also like that they have bike for rent, but we weren't able to rent because no one was there.
* The internet on the TV is not working. I called them and they said that it is only working thru phone.
* The toilet has a pee like smell
* Not enough conditioner and body wash, good thing we brought our own
* Breakfast could improve by adding some variety
* Beach has some trash. Could use a little cleaning.
