The hotel was very nice, and Sharifa made our check-in seamless. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service

The staffs are good. Location and breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool is quite big. The hotel has a character. Interiors are old style. In someway , it looks royal. People who prefer modern style won't like it but for others its fine.

The rooms and overall comfort are better than in many five-star hotels. The staff are friendly, responsive and always ready to help. The air conditioning is excellent and very quiet, and everything in the hotel is designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The room was nice, the property is beautiful and excellent
The staff in restaurant for breakfast are very good and polite
Access to basement lobby is very beautiful, neat and clean
Lobby on each floor, very spacious and beautiful
1) The reception staff are very rude and indifferent
2) Reception refused to provide extra bottles of water. Never experienced this in any hotel for the past 40 years around the world
3) No hot water in bath room
4) No flexibility on late check out even though the hotel was not full
5) Dust bin in toilet broken, weighing scale not working
