everything was close to perfect, my family and i loved it.
the only thing i did not like was that during the check-out time we called the receptionist to send us someone help us with the luggage, after waiting for a long time, unfortunately, they did not show up. then, i asked the cleaning service staff to help me because we had too much stuff and many bags to carry, honestly, they were very helpful and kind. what i want to say is that everything was nice and comfort excluding the luggage thing so my advice to the property management is to pay close attention to it. thank you my dear booking.com team
