Great location, easy walk to south bank parks, restaurants and city. Beautiful modern spacious clean rooms with a great view of the city.
The front padlock was confusing to use upon arrival, had to wait for another guest to arrive that could open the main door for me so I could check in.

Access to Southbank, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room.
Rap noise from Musgrave Park all day sub woofer thumping. Arghhh...

We liked the location
The glass sliding doors and mirror in lounge were not cleaned there were fingerprints all both. There was dust all over the coffee table and TV stand and the separate shower would flood because all the water would run out of the bottom of the shower onto the sink and toilet area.
