Absolutely everything was amazing!
- the staff is incredibly nice and respectful;
- they cleaned our room every single day during our stay;
- the breakfast was vast every day. Also a lot of food! the coffee is also very good;
- every time we asked for things like a fork, knife, or plates, they would happily provide us;
The restaurant downstairs is simply the best, we didn't plan to eat there so often, but because the food was always so fresh and tasty we came back almost every day to eat there. I recommend especially the fish and the sea food!

Friendly staff who kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. The apartment was bright and spacious and nice balcony overlooking the sea.
The location is very handy for beach, ferry. But very noisy as it is above tavernas and bars. There is no sound proofing so you hear everything even with windows shut. If you go to sleep late then not a problem but we were very tired and wanted to go to sleep early!! A kettle in the kitchen would be helpful.

Location was perfect and the room was clean, very comfy bed and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge and very high quality

The stuff was extremely kind, helpful and easy-going! There was a beautiful view from the room's balcony and during breakfasts. Localization of the hotel is perfect for me and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a lovely time in Saranda.

The staff were so nice and welcoming! Marija is the best, she is such a sweetheart. The breakfast was amazing, it had a little bit of everything. The machiato was so delicious! The view was mesmerising!

Good location, clean, hardworking manager, Maria. The restaurant is also a place worth a visit. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The view from the room was spectacular. The room had decent soundproofing. The owner, Maria, was extremely kind and helpful, almost like she was our best friend. The breakfast was decent as well. Very clean room and toilet. Fantastic location and value for the money. We liked this place a lot and we will definitely come back again!
I'm not sure if I saw the house rules anywhere, especially about the quietness after 23:00 or so. There were extremely loud guests even at 2am and I have the impression that no one did anything about it. Maybe I'm wrong.
There is no private parking and I believe it shouldn't be listed as a hotel facility. To their defense, no hotel on the main street had private parking due to some newly updated regulations from the city officials. Luckily, they assisted us to find extremely cheap parking ( 2eur/day) in just 5mins walking.
I'm not saying this as a bad thing but to give everyone a heads up with the planning of their budget.

Excellent location on the Sarande pedestrian strip, directly across from the public beach. Wifi was fast, rooms were spotless. Bathrooms were stocked with basic amenities. Air conditioning was very cold.
Maria and her family were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning! Beautiful views off the balcony! We hope to return when we visit Sarande again!
Sometimes we had to park a little further away because we are too cheap, but there are also options to pay like $3/day nearby to park

The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, in close proximity to the public beach. It is run by a very nice family who was helpful during our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is clean. Both rooms in the apartment are equipped with TV and AC.
