AD Athens Luxury Rooms & Suites

The lady with the dog, who probably owns the place, was so very helpful with our needs like coordinating our taxi ride to the port. The view of Acropolis from the rooftop was amazing. Location is excellent about 200 meters from entrance of Acropolis. Stores and restaurants are everywhere, even a McDonald’s

Nothing to dislike

Location and staff

The room itself.., electrical switches in the room It was different from what we r use too.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far. All staff were so super friendly and helpful (cute dog was a bonus), our room was modern, big and so comfortable, the bathroom spacious and very good, too. There was a safe as well as a mini fridge in the room that was already filled with small water bottles - so handy! Breakfast was delicious and a wonderful selection and served on the terrace with an excellent view of the acropolis. There's a nice large area with sofas, books etc. beside reception, so if you wait for someone, a taxi etc. it's easy to just wait there. Luggage can be stored if your departure is later in the day. The location is excellent. Metro station is just a couple of steps away, as is the area surrounding the acropolis, so many restaurants, shops, Plaka, etc. It's the ideal location if you wish to explore those areas by foot. Next time I visit Athens I will absolutely book this place again!

Everything was perfect!

This is a very good value hotel. Right in the middle of the busy Acropolis area but totally silent in the room. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable.

The location is a bit away from the best parts of the city and given how hot it usually is the 15-20 min walk can be a bit of a strain and so subway is handy, even if only a couple of stops. The subway is not one of Athens strengths. The breakfast is okay, not the best I ever had but they make you an excellent cappuccino if you ask.
