The room was spacious and comfortable
The location can get a little too busy for travel by vehicle. It was often congested with too many cars for taxis to approach and drop off.

Great, friendly staff. Very good location. Nice big rooms, very clean and quiet.

Very comfortable place, very supporting staff, excellent position for visiting all tourist sites in city center, very rich and complete breakfast, very good and comfortable cafe and restaurant on site
Nothing to report

The location was convenient, and the hotel was generally okay for a short stay. The room and basic facilities were acceptable.
For a four-star hotel, some basic amenities were missing. No bathrobes were provided, no shaving kit was available, and the dental kit was not replaced during the stay. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members was not very professional, which affected the overall experience.
