Esposizione Palace Hotel

Location was amazing as it was a short walking distance to all major attractions and tours as well as the grocery stores. The hotel felt safe and secure especially for a solo female traveler. The room/bathroom looked exactly like the photos. The male staff member helped to carry my bag and showed me to my room on my first day as I wasn't comfortable using the elevator.

I was not aware that my room had a fake window, which made the air stuffy and was a bit disorienting as I could not tell when it was day/night. I was sick a lot at night and I suspect it was from the aircon and poor air circulation as I suffer from sinusitis. The room was cleaned daily but on the first day when I arrived, there was a long strand of hair on the shower floor and a hair on the pillow case. Other than that, the cleaning staff did clean decently every morning.

A great location within walking distance to all main attractions and the transportation. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Super client-oriented, clean and cosy hotel! Personal is always willing to help and make a stay as comfortable as possible. The location is 100% perfect: max 20 minutes to Coliseum and Trevi fountain, to St.Angel Castle you can go buy bus that is also close to the hotel. Termini station is about 15 minutes of walk. Our room was equipped with coffee machine, mini bar with drinks and snacks, safety box, bathroom treatments. The room was clean and in a really good condition. So the stay in this hotel left us only positive impressions. Thanks a lot!

The location was close enough to attractions by walking

The room had a very chemically smell to it and was hard to sleep. The bathroom had mildew in it.
