The staff were so friendly.. Couldn't be nicer.. All of them...Room was very clean and spacious.. Doesn't exactly match the images on booking.com but nothing wrong with it either.
Location was ideal.. 10 mins walk from Trevi Fountain, 15 mins walk to the Colosseum. Would recommend a taxi to the Vatican though.. It's a good 20 min drive. Street and area felt very safe and quieter than other areas like the Spanish steps and trevi Fountain area.
The shower was hard to regulate the temperature in but it was sufficient. The lift is extremely small and feels old so took a day or 2 to feel confident with it.
No milk supplied in room for tea or coffee but there is a shop near by to buy milk and store in fridge.
The front entrance looks a bit rough (door) and shop front at the entrance was closed down so doesn't look legit when you pull up first but thankfully it was ok. Ring the door bell and they answer straight away!

The lovely guy at the reception who received us was excellent and despite our language differences, we could understand both well which was helpful indeed.
The lift was my concern as it was not accommodative. Small spaces and I had to use stairs.

The location was excellent
For the price I didn’t feel it was value for money. Room was v basic and breakfast extra and it was not a hotel in the classic sense more of a townhouse with a 8-8 reception desk. Rooms could do with updating.
