Very spacious apartment with new and quality furniture. The balcony was pretty big and with view of the sea, which made for beautiful sunrises. The bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space for our belongings and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. The place is right on the beach, so you can jump out at any time for a quick swim or listen to the waves during the night.

The bathroom was not thought through well - It would get flooded immediately upon shower as there is no glass door around the shower. There was also not a single hanger inside the bathroom anywhere, including for the toilet paper. There was a sticker to reuse the towels by putting them on a hangar to help save the planet, but there was not a single hangar. An annoying oversight, that can be easily fixed. Only a paid parking nearby.

There is no barrier between a shower and the rest of the bathroom, ao be ready to wipe the floors every time you take a shower.

I will not recommend this apartment. In first room, what we got, there were ants inside sofa. They tried to said that we'll vacuum and spray the sofa, but we asked another room. The second room was very dirty, we asked to clean and leave the apartment. In general in kitchen you will not find the most important things, we came for 4 days and have to buy sault and oil and left there, such things always have to be in the apartment. There are no hooks in the bedroom, very uncomfortable, there is even nowhere to hang a wet towel, everything on the balcony is occupied with things that dry after the sea. Horrible bathroom very strong smell of sewage, water from the shower spills all over the floor.

Generally there was nothing to complain about, I would only suggest to introduce (and inforce) a no party policy - see our experience below. On the last night of our stay a company of young people moved in to the next apartment and started a loud party in the small hours of the night. Hotel staff did reacted after our complain and forced them to terminate the party but it would be better if they were proactive, as getting out of the bed around 2 a.m. just to find somebody at the reception was rather annoying before the trip home.

Localization is wonderful. Amazing view of the sunrise. The service room was awesome. The kind lady resolved all the problems that we had during the visit.

Well, frankly I could point few things that we did not enjoy. First of all the equipment in the apartment was not match the description in the offer. We should have things like a hair dryer, iron or soap. No one of those things were provided. Second and I think the worst: people at the reception desk were helpless... E.g. one day there was a planned water failure. Proper information was put on the front door of the building but in Bulgarian not in English. I still can't believe that when you have foreign guests then you don't inform them about such an important thing. And you can Imagine how I felt when I finished my gym exercise and tried to take a shower... Also, we confirmed that they will pick us up from the airport. None was waiting as they promise. After my call, I realize that they forget...Of course, I cand a message the day before and they confirmed. Generally, the apartment was ok but was not match the offer. Reception crew on minus, service room on plus. :)

Great view of the beach without all the noise usually associated with being next to the beach, no crowds, no pubs, no late night singing. The apartment has all the facilities needed for a couple or a family. The sofa is not ideal for long-term sleeping but at least it's spacious.

Great location!!! Good living rooms size and all necessery facilities for cooking.

Only one bathroom and one shower for 6 people, can be challenging depending on the group.
