Convenient location and secure

The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. When I contacted management I was told they were aware of it from other guests and it would be fixed the next day. I asked for a fan but none was supplied.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We made a mistake and took the keys to the wrong room and the staff was very flexible and let us stay in that room.

The Wi-Fi password is very long! The breakfast is just a croissant anda coffee from s nearby cafe.

Great location. Easy access to ferries. Loads of cafes and restaurants close by. Excellent water pressure in shower

Nice location.

The fact that that other visitors unlocked our door and entered our room at 01 a.m.

The room was spacious. Clean beddings and towels. The location is near restaurants and pubs. Accessible from the train station, the host was kind enough to point us to free parkings.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. We woke with out backs hurting. The windows were old and did not protect from the outside sound. There was plenty of dust inside the room and looots of dust on the floor, especially around the edges. Just 2 small sachets of shower gel available, no shampoo, thus not enough if you want to wash your long hair + body. Way too expensive, I had better conditions in hostels.
