Liolà Home #Teatro Massimo

Ottimo appoggio per visitare Palermo. Posizione ottima.

Great location, very comfortable, easy access to everything.

Everything was more than perfect!

Great location and value for money - the staff (especially Gabriele) is awesome :) they are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful

It’s in an amazing location and close to everything we wanted to do. Very convenient.

The experience felt more like staying in a student dormitory than in a proper accommodation. The bathroom and kitchen were shared, which was quite inconvenient, as we constantly had to wait for other guests to finish before we could use the bathroom or take a shower, regardless of the time of day or night. The room itself was also significantly smaller than what was advertised on the website. One of the closet drawers was broken, and when I wanted to use an extra blanket that had been stored there, I discovered a large stain on it. There was also no mirror in the room, which meant I had to wait for the shared bathroom to become available just to get ready in the morning. On a positive note, the boiler wasn’t working on our first day, but the issue was resolved immediately after we reported it, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, while I appreciated the quick response to the boiler issue, the accommodation was disappointing in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and how accurately it was represented online.
