Amazing location, ideal to everything. Hosts and hotel staff are incredibly helpful, helped us with planning our days, getting passes and even dropped us off. 10/10 service.

Location was fantastic and so close to the parks. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was top tier. They provided amazing insight on sightseeing that we didn’t know of. Plus, they dropped and picked us up from the park. How amazing. Plus, the free breakfast was addicting. Whenever I come back, I’ll be sure to book again

Chelsey was very helpful in helping us plan our activities and book our tickets. The park is about 15 minutes walking distance from the entrance of the natural park, but the staff offered us free drop-off and pick-up service which was very convenient. The hotel also has a restaurant with a large amount of options until 21:00. Breakfast is good, plenty of European and Chinese options to choose from. The mountain view was truly amazing, just as advertised. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was very comfortable and great value for the money.
