We stayed for 3 days.
Excellent location for us. The breakfasts were excellent and we ate in the restaurant on two nights and the food was very good and reasonably priced.
The staff were all great.
We stayed in Room 4 which has a King size bed but unfortunately the mattress has seen better days and need replacing.
On the top stairs, it needs a bannister on the right side wall going down. We considered it quite dangerous how the original bannister on the left side is low at the top of the stairs

Room was passable, although a fridge under the desk made it impossible to use the space as a desk.
Dinner was highly disappointing. The steak I ordered was neither fresh, nor of good quality. It was inedible. No concern shown by server when I raised my dissatisfaction; I even had to request that it was taken off the bill, rather than this being recognised or offered automatically.
