Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow

Good backed by reputed brand

Very presentable and easily identifiable

Our entire stay was extremely comfortable and well worth the rate. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of vegetarian food at the restaurant. There were plenty of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, especially in assisting my aged mother. The front desk team were equally efficient, handling our arrival and check-out quickly and professionally. Sanjeevani and her team deserve a special mention for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The hotel is also very conveniently located, making it easy for us to travel around. Our room was clean, the facilities were good, and the food options for vegetarians were truly a highlight. What I appreciated most was the attitude of the staff—everyone greeted us with a smile, creating such a warm and positive energy throughout the hotel. A very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return.

Overall

Nothing

No hand towels in the bathroom. Had to ask for them. Food & Beverage discount wasn't automatically applied - had to ask for it. Room didn't have a piece of paper, pencil to jot down anything. View was blocked due to extension project currently underway.
