Staff were well behaved. Location is also reasonable and rooms were quiet. The dining staff were quite helpful and empathizing.

Lifts were extreme slow, I never had experienced slower lifts anywhere else. Food (Dinner and Breakfast) Buffet spread were just about average and the restaurants, especially being weekend, were overcrowded.

Apparently staff didn’t had any time for guests as they were super busy with VVIP National IPL Team which were staying at the hotel as the same period of time.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and it was tasty also. The staff is well trained and professionally behaved.

1. There was a power outage 3 times the day I checked in and it happened the next day also once for a short while, not sure what went wrong but it's pretty unusual for a 5-star property to have a complete power outage with no back up at the reception even. i literally had to switch on my mobile's torch light. 2. Even though i had sent a request for a particular room like on a high floor with a bathtub etc but it wasn't provided as requested as they said its subject to availability, I expected to be reserved as I did make a request long back while making a booking, otherwise what's the point of making a prior request. Rest everything was alright.
