Nothing is good at property....a dirty unmaintained property run by un-profastional staff from front desk to kitchen along with service staff either junior or senior..... recommend to avoid this choose some other good property...many better options at Lucknow..

They don’t have amenities for kids play

Shower station was slippery & the jet had tremendous pressure.

Ac not working, given room 619 which was below the pool continuous sound of the machine from the terrace pool, it was a horrible stay. Reception staff inexperience can't manage crowd and are unable to resolve issues and take decisions which let so many guest frustrated

We liked the room, facilities and the polite behaviour of the Novotel staff
The breakfast menu was almost same for all the days. Moreover i found some foods were too mych oily. Rest all was good

It’s a good place to stay. very comfortable.
The staff there are not really paying attention when you say something or maybe it’s my bad at speaking English? but I don’t think so.
First. Ms. Roshini charged my breakfast for 2 person each day even though it’s only me staying in the room. But that’s sorted. So it’s fine.
and then when I need a cab to Lucknow City railway station. It was so nice of the staff to book Ola from their personal phone to my location. But I was very clear that I need to go to Lucknow City. Okay it was my bad not to double check. Somehow the ola driver took me to Lucknow Junction instead. Luckily I have a lot of time to spend. Otherwise I might miss my train.
overall it’s a great place to stay! but please! pay attention to details. Be focused. That’s all I wanted to say!

Beautiful property and truly 5 star services
We asked for toom closento each other but got it in different floors

I liked the room and the location. Beds are very comfortable. However, Booking.com customer service socks. Properties never received my messages sent through Booking.com.
I didn't like the customer service much. We asked for the menu which we never received. Room card would get deactivated whenever we would pass through metal detector and they never informed us about it.
