B&B City Center

Don't judge this property by the outside appearance of the block it is in. The interior of the property is beautifully renovated. It is very close to the Central Station and many bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.

The property is on the second floor, but there is a lift.

Clean modern bathroom. Great helpful staff. EXCELLENT coffee for breakfast (and on arrival). Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was called nice surprise.

If I could give B&B City Center 100 stars, I absolutely would — because it deserves every single one of them! We stayed here for 8 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very first day, Aldo welcomes you with a map of the city and takes the time to explain the easiest ways to get around Naples, while also recommending the places and experiences you really shouldn’t miss. Naples is an extraordinary city — vibrant, full of life, character, and fascinating places to discover. And staying here made our experience even more special. We never really felt like we were staying at a B&B. It felt much more like staying at a friend’s home — a friend who was always there whenever we needed advice, directions, or help with anything. The cleanliness is exceptional. Our room was cleaned every single day, which is something you rarely find even in hotels. Everything was always spotless. And the coffee is wonderful! ❤️ We don’t usually eat breakfast in the morning, but the breakfast looked delicious and very varied, with plenty of options for every taste. The location is another huge advantage. Being only about a 5-minute walk from Napoli Centrale and having such quick access to the metro makes it incredibly easy to explore the entire city. During our 8 days in Naples, we really had the chance to experience the energy and soul of the city. We also found Naples to be a very safe city, full of warm, friendly people who are always ready to help you or point you in the right direction. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Aldo, for making our stay so special and for giving us such a wonderful experience. We will remember these days in Naples with great affection. If we come back to Naples — and we truly hope we will — there is no question about where we’ll stay. ❤️ Grazie di cuore per tutto,Aldo! ❤️🤗🙏

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Garibaldi Station, and the staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. Breakfast was decent, although the coffee could definitely be improved.

On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very pleasant, especially in the evening. The room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to mask other odors. Opening the window towards the inner courtyard brought in the smell of garbage. The room would benefit from renovation, the bathroom door appeared to be only temporarily fixed, and the air conditioning unit was installed directly above the head of the bed, making it uncomfortable to use while sleeping.
