Everything was Amazing. Stay and Staff were Awesome. I will definitely be back.

The location was in the heart of the venues. All I. Walking distance. Worked out well. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel

Floors in room were a little gritty, could have been a little cleaner. However, slippers on your feet prevented feeling the residue on bottom of feet.

smell of mold, and we slept on 4th floor and there is a roof top above us (they walking and maybe jumping and I was so loud), every day from 7am to 11pm. so maybe 4th floor is not for everyone

Very smooth check in experience, the room was huge, very good value for money. The buffet breakfast hs a lot of choice, we loved it. Very good locatolion, right next to fifth avenue, and 2mn walk fo the Ado bus station. The rooftop pool is amazing.

Good restaurants in the hotel. it has its own activities inside. The ubicación is very good. You are a block away from the 5th Avenue.

We stay 1 week in the hotel. One elevator Is not working. you have to wait around 10-15 minutes to go down or up. I don’t know how a great hotel like this. That it’s not cheap wait so long to fix the elevator. Or probably they should make a discount to the guesses or give one free breakfast at least.

the lobby is pretty and the rooftop pool is ok. If you don’t get a whirlpool balcony suite, the rooms are terrible for the price. City view is a view of a garbage dump.

We stayed 2 nights in a whirlpooll suite and asked if we could have the same room type when we returned 5 days later. We were told yes and that our reservation would be upgraded at no charge. When we arrived there was no room available for us other than a smaller, dirty room, shared balcony with a view of a trash dump below. And they charged us more. We were made promises again to move to a better room the next day and so we stayed. Again, no record of a pending change on our reservation. We wasted two whole days battling with the front desk and trying to get help from booking.com . Eventually we packed up and left to go to another town. They said they would refund the time we left but we are still waiting for that. But they should refund all four days since out trip was significantly affected. Also the safe was broken in our room and they had us waiting in our room to have it repaired and nobody fixed it. This hotel experience was the worst I have ever had in all my years of traveling. If you stay here, ask for room 410. it’s most likely the only nice room.

The hotel is in the center and close to all the shops and restaurants. The pool at the rooftop is nice with a good restaurant to eat and drink there. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The hotel is not on the beach and in the basic rooms there are no windows which is very claustrophobic.
