very friendly staff. great location, close to subway stop and walkable distance to osaka station
the reception has a lot of different shampoo and conditioners for you to try out
we specifically booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. however, we were informed that it isn't switched on during April, so the nights were uncomfortablely warm and we struggled to sleep even with the fan they kindly provided
not a big issue but there was only one washer dryer so had to wait 2 hours for the person using it to be finished. it's also on a cupboard on the street, not inside the hotel

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and service was very gentle.
The bed header was heavily dusted

Kind and welcoming staff work the front desk. Very happy with my check in and simple check out. The room was comfortable, and had a cool view of the road in front of the hotel. Especially nice to look at at night time. Clean and well maintained.
I thought it was closer to the trainstation/subway. But that's my own fault. Prepare for a bit of a walk from Osaka station.

It was clean, amenities were provided everyday, and staff were friendly.
Definitely not a place for a family of 5. The room was too small.

"the staff is very wonderful, it was very easy to check in and check out, the room was nice as well as the complimentary amenities were a nice added touch considering they aren't very popular here,."
